    I can customize the Purchase Order forms, but we need to put couple custom Item fields on the Item Receipt page where the POs are received.

    For example, custom fields for Inv Item: Lot# and Expiration Date (one per each Item – not per PO)

    We want to enter values for these custom fields upon receipt of the PO, which will update the item record itself.

    Is this possible at all? I do not see any forms related to Item Receipt. Thank you.

    If you go to Customization -> Forms -> Transaction Forms you should see item receipts. On the Screen Fields, Columns you should see Serial/Lot Numbers

    Thank you. I must have missed it. Looks like Netsuite now has builtin fields similar to what we have created. Strange thing is, our custom fields are editable while Netsuite’s own fields are not. Even when the feature Inventory Lot Tracking is enabled.
