we have a lot of return auths that are really old and have a status of pending receipt. I would like these to all be closed so they do not affect customer balances. Can this be done with CSv import or some other tool?

Depending on the number of records, you could try inline editing to delete multiple records at one time, or ask Support to enable a mass delete option for you. Once enabled, go to Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates > Transactions > Delete Transactions. Then create a saved search that pulls up the transactions you want to delete. Here are a couple of related SuiteAnswers:

Actually I found the answer. You can close these from a CSv but the field you need is hidden in a subfolder. There is a field called closed and you just make that true. Thanks.
