There are two users who are administrators. One user can see transactions on the standard income statement. The other user cannot. This report is not customized. The user is not restricted by department, etc. What could cause this?

There is a good chance that the administrator that is having problem on the report have accidentally applied a filter on the standard report. On the footer of the income statement click More and check if the standard filters like department, class or location (among others) were set. To view all transactions remove the filter set on the report.

To expound on J.Mark’s solution, try this please:Run the Income Statement report
Relax if it shows no data showing
Click on the More button (shown with two upward-pointing arrows beside it) found at the footer of the report
Click on the Class footer filter
Uncheck then check again the “All” box
    Click OK
Do steps 5 and 6 for all other footer filters
    Click Refresh
    I hope this helps.
