When I drill down into an income account on the balance sheet, it only expands out to the individual journal entry total (when clicking the expand buttom on the toolbar). Is there a way to expand out to the journal entry detail (all of the transactions within the journal)?

    Thanks!

You’ll need to click on the individual journal and you will then view the transaction record with the corresponding debits and credits.

I am able to do that, but I wanted to see if there was a way within the balance sheet report to expand out that detail. I don’t want to have to drill into the transaction to see the detail, but it looks like I might.

I haven’t found any other way. Because entries can effect both your balance sheet and income statement, this would be an extremely cumbersome report for it to list out the individual lines for all journal entries.
