jlondoncpgHello,
New to the group. We are attempting to load historical sales orders into NetSuite via the csv upload. The upload of the sales order work without issue; however, when we attempt to change a previously loaded sales order, we receive a error message from the upload program stating the following: Transaction was not in balance. Total = XX.X
When going back into that same sales order, we find something odd happening. When I click on the "History" button on one of the line items, I am seeing changes to the "Amount" field even though we havent changed it. It appears when I go into edit the record, the amount reverts back to the original amount we loaded, but upon save it updates to another amount. I have attached a screen shot as reference.
I am trying to discern why the amount field is updating apparently on its own, whether that update is related to the csv error message and, if not, what may be causing that.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you,
Jack

mvk4a092It might be because of setting Amount field directly, you should set price and quantity and price level. I thing when pricelevel is not set on sales order if it has a default price then it is pulling that value insted of your value.
