I am trying to post images to an Advanced Template from the Netsuite File Cabinet. The standard Company Logo won’t work for us alone, and we have the need to include other images. We would prefer not to use an outside source (website) for the image, as that may possibly change, and therefore thought that using the Netsuite File Cabinet (where these logos and the like already are housed, because they are used on the old Custom Forms) would be the best solution.

However, I am unable to post these images, as the image comes up entirely black… Would anyone be able to help? This is our first foray into using Advanced Templates, and it is a bit shaky already!

Hi Elie,

Maybe try this out:On the graphic user interface, click where to do you want to put the logo
Click on the icon that looks like an image (sorry for being vague, hence the attachment, icon looks like a simplified sun and mountain = if I were to play pictionary)
It will ask a URL, use the URL from the image in File Cabinet = Go to the Cabinet, click edit on the file, and you will see many URLs. Pick the one that you want. Usually, the one with the domain system.netsuite.com is good for templates
Then have fun with the size in pixels. And yes, there is a preview button
