Hi,

We are a subscription business.

All of our customers have sales orders with term lengths (mostly a year, some 18 months, etc)

They all have different billing schedules (some pay monthly, quarterly, yearly)

I am simply looking for a report that takes all our active sales orders and presents us with a monthly sales forecast for the upcoming 12 months. Not a forecast in terms of new customer sales, just one that takes our exsiting sales orders and draws out the payment schedules for each customer so we can forecast expected sales from current customers.

Any help would be appreciated.

The regular forecast in NS should take into accoutn any billing schedules on the SOs and forecast the sales accordingly. Are you observing something different?

Hi.

Yes, the forecast is also including opportunities that are expected to close this month along with, I think, their weighted percentages. All I want is a forecast of next months sales based on existing sales orders.

you could customize the forecast report to omit opps and estimates?
