msambamurthyHi,
I have created a saved search and built a pivot report on it. I want to give access to other users to be able to run the pivot report. What permissions should I set to allow this?
So far, I have added Search Pivot Field and Search Pivot Layout with Full access on the Permissions -> Custom Record for the role of the user.
I have added Custom Record entries with full access on Permissions -> Setup for the role of the user.
On the saved search, I have checked Allow Audience to Edit Search checkbox under the Audience subtab of the report.
When logged in as the user, the Pivot Report Button is not available.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Menaka

leliedyHello Menaka,
Based on your setup, it seems that you were able to setup the pivot report permission to custom role.
Since you already have:
Permissions : Custom Record : Search Pivot Field = Full
Permissions : Custom Record : Search Pivot Layout = Full
Permissions : Lists: add Custom Record Entries = Edit
Can you verify if this has been added with full permission?
Permissions : Lists: add Perform Search = Full
Then Logout of NetSuite > Clear Cache then > Log back in to NetSuite
Hope this helps.

msambamurthyThanks Lelie for the suggestions.
I verified that all these permissions are set at Full access.
I logged out, cleared cache and logged back in but still dont have access to the Pivot Report within the search (when logged in as custom role).
Am I missing anything else?
Thanks
Menaka

leliedyHi Menaka,
If all permissions are set, kindly file a case with NetSuite so that can be investigated.
Thank you.
