I’m looking for a way for the results in a list view to automatically update. It seems like the list is static and can only get updated by refreshing the page.
Any thoughts on how we could accomplish this? Perhaps a way to inject custom html on the list view that refreshes the page on a timer or any other ideas?
This is particularly useful for us on cases. We have very strict sla around case response times and if we don’t see new cases pop up when they are created it could affect our response times.
Thanks,

Why not set up a workflow or saved search to send you an email every time a new case is created?
Otherwise, I don’t believe there is any way of scripting a standard Netsuite list but you could look into displaying it in an iframe of a Suitelet, or perhaps inject Javascript using a browser extension.
