Need help to understand if it is possible to track the scheduled search emails…something similar to the transaction email linking on customer record?
I have created a scheduled saved search that has been setup to email customers with an update on their transactions. The email scheduling is working correctly but I am unable to locate where in NetSuite there is a record of what has been sent to the relevant recipients. Tried checking the respective Recipients(contact) and Author (employee) records, no luck.
