I need to show information that is on a KPI score card but instead of using a date range I need to display Sales rep names. Is this possible or do I need to create a saved search with some formulas that will do the same thing as the KPI Scorecard. Any help would be appreciated.

My understanding is that all KPI Scorecards using a Saved Search require a date filter, because the scorecards pertain to a particular date / date range / period. Are you hoping to get around dates entirely, or show sales reps’ ‘scores’ for a particular period?

This has been a common request from me, and unfortunately isn’t possible via a score card – you will need to go the saved search route, or write a custom portlet.

Whenever we ran into a request like that (where we’d need to combine multiple searches into a single, non-date driven view), we used a custom portlet and leveraged the Google Charts API to draw out the tables and pull in all of the relevant data and format it as needed.
