I have a regional sales manager who is supposed to get a saved search every Sunday morning at 5:00 a.m. EST. He emailed this morning saying he did not receive it (checked his junk mail, too). So I pulled up the saved search and confirmed it is scheduled correctly, and the execution log confirms it ran at the scheduled time. He insists he did not receive it. Why would this happen, and how would I know what to fix? Was there an issue with emails getting out of NetSuite over the weekend?

I would set up the email schedule again but make sure that the owner of the search sets it up. Try this and see if it works. We’ve also run into an issue where the search was modified by someone other than the owner and it stopped the scheduled emails.

I set up the search, so I am the owner and the only one who can change it (all auto email saved searches are set up as private so users cannot modify them).

Add yourself or another email account you control to all automated emails. It makes tracking down problems a lot easier.
