I have enabled inline editing in "Enable Features" but when I do a saved search I cannot edit the results as the inline editing feature is not available (see screen shot)

For an item search, the results are only inline-editable if the item search is restricted to a single item sub-type, i.e. inventory item for sale. The same rule applies to transaction searches with results of multiple transaction types.

Thank you so much, I always wondered why it didn't work.

OK I have a problem. I have an item search but I still can't edit "inline" I have attached screen shots of the settings. The thing is an "inventory item" does not have a sub-type. A non-Inventory Item, has sub-types For Purchase, For Resale, For Sale buy a standard Inventory item does not.

I have attached screen short of my saved search. I want to be able to edit bin locations inline. If you have 50+ products changing bin locations is a pain in the neck if you have to edit each item on by one. Consequently they are not being updated and n one can find stock in my warehouse. We waste so much time hunting for stock, the alternative is to waste masses of time trying to edit Netsuite.

Because Bins are a Sub-List, I believe that is why that field in not editable inline
