    Hi all,

    I'm trying to mimic the action of the Close button, but add in a popup justification box as to why it's being closed.

    I can set the individual lines to be closed via script, however this is not being reflected in the record status – it still says 'Fully Billed' or similar. Any ideas why this is happening? Am I missing something else that I need to close?

    There is a sort of hierarchy in statuses. If your PO was billed, then if you close the lines because they won't be received, it will still say Fully Billed.

    However, if you close the PO and it was never billed, it'll say Closed.
