    How can I restrict the items available in the customer center? I have a customer with a set of items. When in the customer center, I only want these items to populate in the dropdown to order.

    I have looked everywhere, but cannot find the solution.

    You can do an item filter on the form you are using on your customer center. The item filter on the form is driven by a saved search. Create a saved search that contains the items you want your customer to be able to access through the customer center and populate the ‘ITEM FILTER’ field on the COLUMNS tab of the form you are using.
